Orders & Payments Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. 2. Delivery We offer same-day delivery within our service area if orders are placed before the daily cutoff time. Deliveries outside our service area are not guaranteed. Incorrect delivery addresses may result in delays or cancellation. 3. Substitution Policy Flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute blooms of equal or greater value while keeping the overall style, color palette, and quality of the arrangement intact. 4. Refunds & Cancellations Refund requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery. If your flowers do not meet our quality standards, we may offer a replacement or partial refund. Cancellations must be made before the order is designed or prepared. Once work has started, refunds are not guaranteed. 5. Event & Custom Orders Deposits for weddings, funerals, or large events are non-refundable. Final payment must be received before the event date. 6. Customer Responsibility Once flowers are delivered or picked up, care and handling become the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for flowers damaged due to improper care after delivery. 7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for delivery delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the arrangement purchased. 8. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service at any time.
